Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy

Please read and accept these conditions before booking.

Requests for a tour may be considered confirmed only after your deposit has been received.

Cancellations Policy

We will retained these fees according to our cancellation policy:

• if you cancel more than 7 days prior to the tour date, your deposit will be returned minus the bank transfer fee 10%
• if you cancel between 6 and 3 days, we will refund you 50% the deposit
• if you cancel less than 3 days before the tour or you don’t show to the meeting, we won’t refund the fee.
